Our Services And Fees
At Sawayer Logistics, we offer Professional Counseling and Expert Level Coaching services for both individuals and couples.
At the present time, Expert Level Coaching is available to everyone no matter where you live.
The availability of Professional Counseling Services is limited for Texas Licensed Professional Counselors by Board regulation, therefore I am only able to provide counseling services to you if you reside in Texas.
As an Expert Level Life Coach, you will benefit indirectly from my skills as a psychotherapist, except that the focus of your coaching will not involve diagnosis, exploration of your past experiences or your needs for medications. What this means is that the EMPHASIS in Life Coaching is getting clients moving forward by providing education and strategies that enable them to explore the best way to achieve their personal goals in the near future.
Currently my fees for a trial coaching or counseling session of 30 minutes for an individual is $50 and for couples is it is $75.00.
Full 55 minutes sessions for individual coaching and/or counseling is $100. Because working with couples requires a longer session in order to give each partner adequate time to share, a couples session is 1 hour and 30 minutes and the fee is $150 per 90 minute session.
All fees are paid in advance and I accept Pay Pal, Stripe or Square up. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time are charged the full session rate.
If cards are invalid you will be billed an additional service fee of $50. This fee will be in addition to any session fees.
Example: if you have a session fee for 55 minutes of coaching or counseling, the session fee of $100 is assessed plus the $50 for insufficient funds.
What days are you available?
I am available on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 9:00 am Central Standard Time to 9:00 pm Central Standard Time.
I only am available via telehealth and my office hours via the video conferencing platform Vsee.com by appointment. Appointments are scheduled through the link page of Vcita which you can find on my contact page.
When you go to the scheduling calendar using the Vcita link you can schedule your appointment when there is availability, make payments and send emails. The Vcita scheduler will show you the available open dates and times for sessions.
Since I do not directly bill ANY insurance companies you are personally responsible for all fees for the services provided in advance of the session. If payment is not made within 24 hrs. prior to your session, a cancellation will occur.
I am more than happy to provide you with an super bill invoice for the services you receive so that you can give it to your insurance company.
Who We Will and Won’t Provide Services To
Online counseling with us is not appropriate if you are experiencing any symptoms of:
Active suicidal thoughts or plans;
If you have any homicidal thoughts plans;
If you are actively in a manic or psychotic state,
If you are frequently experiencing mental health crisis.
I reserve the right to decide who is appropriate service. In cases where an individual is not appropriate, I will attempt to make a referral to a service provider or organization who can provide services.
Texas law requires that in when a counselor learns that a client is a danger to self or others, the authorities must be notified of who is potentially at risk! I apply this rule to coaching clients as well both inside and outside of Texas.
As such, I require that you provide your personal contact information including full name, address, phone number and email prior to services.
This information only be used if necessary for both emergency situations where your safety or the safety of others is at risk and I need to contact local authorities or for those times when I need to make contact with you to discuss issues such as scheduling and billing.
